This isn't a secondhand knife, it is a historical remnant from the
great days of sail (1966 onwards).

Why this very knife may have been worn as they motored past shotley
point - you can't buy history like that nowadays.

I was thinking of adding a suitable engraving to my collectors item that was
given to me as a 21st birthday present. "sCrew Member, Good Ship Venus" and
putting it on e-bay.
