Winter Solstice in Cali

Shortest day of the year...air temps at 80*F...and one of our local
wavesailing spots, here in town, lit up with some surf today, ...no
wind...just paddle surfing...but, you can sorta see why the wavesailing
blows the doors off of San Carlos when it's windy...

This was just a snapshot...there were way bigger and better sets...but,
you get the picture...

Here it is with wind...

Surf is supposed to stay 10'-15' for the next five days...
The "Queen" was going off...

Huh?!?!
What kind of a question is that?
Broke the rhino chaser out today...lots of water moving...
Coast Guard rescues and the whole enchilada...
Nighty night...DP (dawn patrol) beckons...early bird gets the wave...

They
have a nice setup this time of year. Too many kiters, but I'm anxious
to
give it another shot soon. >>

Kiters, what kiters? Time to release the Wardog.
