Mike Brown (Cle) will coach the Eastern Conference team for the All-Star
game as Cleveland clinched the 2nd best record in the conference for Feb 1
[Doc Rivers (Bos) is ineligible to coach as he coached last year].

Andrei Kirilenko (Uta) underwent surgery on his right ankle to remove a
bone fragment. No timetable has been given for his return.

Desmond Mason (OKC) underwent surgery on his hyperextended right knee to
remove debris. Mason is out for the season.

Memphis signed Darius Miles for the rest of the season.

Indiana activated Danny Granger and placed Roy Hibbert on IL.

Milwaukee activated Andrew Bogut and placed Damon Jones on IL.

Cleveland activated Zydrunas Ilgauskas and placed Tarence Kinsey (severely
sprained ankle, out 3 to 5 weeks) on IL.

Oklahoma City activated Kyle Weaver and placed Desmond Mason on IL.

Utah activated Jarron Collins and placed Morris Almond on IL.

New Orleans activated David West and placed Morris Peterson on IL.

Charlotte placed Sean May (sore right knee) on IL.
