Utah signed 2nd round draft pick (#38) Kyrylo Fesenko.

Atlanta named Alton Lister as an assistant coach. Atlanta also reassigned
Herb Brown from an assistant coach to a consultant and Greg Ballard from
an assistant coach to a scout.

Washington named Dave Hopla as an assistant coach.

Toronto free agent Uros Slokar signed with Dynamo Moscow Region in Russia.

The NBA fined Seattle co-owner Aubrey McClendon $250,000 for his comments
from 2 weeks ago about the new owners' plans to move the team to Oklahoma.

Miami signed Alexander Johnson to a 2 year, minimum contract with the 2nd
year at the team's option.

Orlando signed Adonal Foyle to a 2 year, minimum contract with the 2nd
year at the player's option.

San Antonio signed 2005 1st round draft pick (#28) Ian Mahinmi to a 2
year, $1,009,200 contract with 2 more years worth $3,028,390 at the team's
option.

San Antonio released Vassilis Spanoulis. Spanoulis signed with a team in
Greece.

Seattle named Scott Brooks, Mark Bryant, and Ralph Lewis as assistant
coaches.

Former NBA coach Butch van Breda Kolff died. He was 84.

Utah free agent Carlos Araujo signed with Spartak St. Petersburg of
