Perhaps a Duke fan can confirm this, but there were recent reports
(perhaps a month or two ago) that UConn and Duke were exploring a
home-and-home series, but there was a slight sticking point. As would
be expected, UConn was to go to Cameron for Duke's home game. Duke
however was trying to get UConn's "home" game to be at the Continental
Airlines Arena or MSG, and would not play at either Hartford or Gampel
Pavillion. After hearing these terms, UConn told Duke to go pound
sand.

They only play in areanas that they can sell a majority of the
tickets to their fans.
