Another GB thread


On the ABC "Cricket in the 80s" doco last nite, Bob Willis referred to
Botham as Golden Bollocks.

Anyone know the etymology? Has he plagiarised our Golden Buttocks, or was it
bestowed independently?

Heh, I noticed that. I would guess it was bestowed independently.
Willis sounded quite disparaging about Botham as well.

I'm sure I remember reading somewhere that Willis (and probably others)
didn't necessarily approve of Botham (and Lamb's), erm, recreational
activities whilst on tour.
