Tubantia Property Law? |
(sorry for cross-posting. The subject matter is OT for both groups.) AFAIK in the UK there used to be a legal text commonly referred to as the "Tubantia Property Law". I suppose this law was named after the jurisdiction over the salvage rights claims by two parties for the Tubantia wreck (1924?), which apparently caused quite a stir at the time. Can any of you people provide me with the full text of - either the ruling or the actual lawtext ? (I tried different search engines/metasearchers, to no avail.) ><)))))°> EGKW Don't try to answer me personally on present address.
