I am looking at pool tables and went to a Brunswick dealer, and then found
another store that carries Brunswick tables. I have not gone to the second
store yet, but wanted to know why should I go to an authorized dealer? The
price is set by Brunswick, right?

|Re: "authorized dealer"|
Brunswick has "suggested" list prices. You should be able to get a
table delivered and set up with an accessory package (balls, cues,
rack, brushes, cover, bridge) for 10-15% off list (the higher the list,
the more the discount). Haggle. Offer cash - no credit cards.
