Mark Poulter (wreck poster) injured yesterday.

We've had really bad winds here in Oz the last few days.

Mark was doing a tandem up on the Sunshine Coast and was coming in to
land when they were caught by a gust and fell approx 15 feet.

Luckily he only has a busted leg and minor head injuries (lacerations?)

You might remember Mark, he used to post as "Dangles", as a result of
another tandem where they got hooked up on the step on exit.

Time to settle into married life Mark :-)

Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Peter

1) My Head is hard yeah, they did a brain scan and the results were
negative ha ha ha !!!

2) Marriage?! She was a whuffo and didn't like the skydiving - that, a lot
of other things and the MOTHER IN LAW LIVING with us 24/7!
Enough was enough! Mutual bye bye ;)

3) PUNMISHMENT!? What drugs are you on?! ;)
Upper thigh left leg broken femur with a "nail" (pin) in it at the moment.
Should heal fine and yeah was a clean break.

BSBD!! -Mark.

With you being a 'North-coaster', I would have expected nothing more!!
;-P

LOL!! Reminds me of my last wife..... she was a whuffo too. Took her on
a tandem and just after that she asked me to give up meat, booze, and
skydiving. Told her that in a pinch I could have done the first two,
but as far as giving up skydiving, she could go fuck herself :-)

Thank God for Californian divorces.... it was really quick!!

The passenger received a broken pelvis, not sure if multiple places and had
to have an operation due to the fact if they let it heal normally it would
not have set at the correct position I believe. She was transferred from
Nambour hospital to Brisbane the same day I left Nambour to come home. I
got the staples (20) removed from my leg a few days ago.

I cant blame her for not liking her mother-in-law living with her
24/7.
