program for a begginger

Does any one has a program or link to a program for a begginer. A begginer who
wants to improve stamina and keep weight in check.

TIA

Don't worry about the weight dude, running makes it fall off.

Initially, yes. After that, it depends on how much you want to lose. A few
years ago I was runing 40 to 60 MPW while training for a marathon. Even
with that much running I was still at 195 lbs (I'm 5' 10"). This is not
huge, but it is heavy for someone running that much. This time around I've
also restricted my caloric intake and managed to get down to 160 lbs. So
for me the weight did not just fall off. I did have to worry about it and
do something about it.

YMMV. I'm Geroge Bush and I approved this message.

Start with walking 30 to 45 min per day 5 to 6 days per week. Do that for
one month. Check back then.

I'd take a first-grade spelling class too.

I thought Enels4567 was wanting a program for a binger. Hmmm... Or maybe
that was a program on how to beg Ginger. Beg Ginger for what?
