Indian cricket tour tv coverage

Seeing as their is such a mess with the tv rights furore in India, who
is going to cover the series as there is a requirement for the ICC to
have television cameras for at least the 3rd umpire?
I wonder if FOXTEL will send it's own production team over there with
it's own commentators if worse comes to worse or even Channel 9 may
step in to help cover the tour.
It will be a pity if this tour is cancelled after such good cricket
was played between the two countries in Australia late last year and
earlier this year.

The worst case scenario is that Benaud will be taken out of his bottle of
formaldehyde and he and his motley crew will spruik
autographed cricket bats and limited edition prints.

Well, as Ten Sports (the company that does a lot of host broadcasting in
Sri Lanka) have secured the rights to produce the series, Fox
subscribers shouldn't have any problems.

As for the people in India, who knows...

Now all I need to do is convince Sky TV NZ to fork out the huge price to
broadcast some sort of coverage. Even highlights would be nice.

I hear Zee Telefilms have taken an injunction against BCCI so this
matter may not be settled.

They should be broadcasting cricket with all nations besides NZ. Fox
do it always.
